Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 20% of the reserved service total. This fee helps protect my time and allows me the opportunity to offer that appointment to another guest.
I completely understand that emergencies, illness, and unexpected situations can happen. If something urgent comes up, please reach out as soon as possible and I will always do my best to be understanding and accommodate when I can.
No-shows will also be charged 20% of the scheduled service total.
